
The following steps should be completed in order to be considered for admission:
- Attend the open house on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 2-4pm OR the one on Saturday, January 28, 2012, also from 2-4 pm.
- Participate in a school tour and teacher meeting. Tour sign-ups will be available at open house or via the registrar.
- If interested, attend a coffee chat with a registrar. Coffee Chats are held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on two Fridays per month during November, December, and January; please contact Shelli Strate (parent registrar) at shelli.strate@gmail.com to schedule your coffee chat.
- Submit completed application form and $50 application fee by February 24, 2012.
- Make sure your child's teachers have submitted their evaluation forms by February 24, 2012.
- If applying for financial aid, submit your online application by the same date (February 24, 2012).
- Reserve the following dates for prospective parent interviews at KapKa: Saturday, February 25th, 2012 and Saturday, March 3, 2012. Following receipt of your completed application and teacher evaluations, a parent registrar will contact you to schedule your interview on one of the above dates.

Registrars will contact families to inform them of their status by Monday, March 12, 2012.
Admittance is confirmed upon receipt of $250 registration fee and first tuition payment by Friday, March 23, 2012. If payment is not received by this date, the space will be offered to waitlisted families.
