| Develop their large and small motor skills, using a variety of games, sports, and movement activities | Learn how to play a variety of team sports exhibiting an understanding of the various strategies - learn how to be a good sport and supportive teammate | Learn to move in a variety of ways in order to find their favorite activities, leading them to develop a lifelong passion and interest in a variety of sports and physical activities |

Living a Healthy Life Learning skills necessary to maintain a healthy life, to safely participate in a variety of developmentally appropriate physical activities, and to develop and monitor their own health and fitness plan |
Group Activities Using group games and activities children develop their motor skills and movement concepts while also focusing on developing social skills, and making healthy, emotionally rational decisions. As children are developing their physical skills, we also emphasize leadership, collaboration and cooperation |
